Oprah has a list of her “favorite things”and even though I’m not Oprah I still have a list of favorite things or online Christmas shopping sites that I want to share with you. The Green and Clean Mom Holiday Gift Guide has been a work in progress and I have spent hours upon hours putting this together for you, compiling a year and a half of research into one post. I’ve either tried the product, written about the product or have been wanting the product or something from the online store. Nothing in The Green and Clean Mom Gift Guide is something I wouldn’t want or buy for someone in my own circle of friends and family.

Books are the best gift ever and it’s my belief that every child should get at least one book for Christmas because Santa should be promoting literacy! Barefoot Books offers a fine selection of earth friendly books to choose from. It just so happens I love the company so much there’s a giveaway this month. I also love the book, The Sun in Me by, Judith Nicholls. I have many of these toys on my children’s wish list…I guess it’s my wish list but I know they will love them. A few of my favorite include the bark blocks and wooden boats for bath time. My daughter would love to cuddle with one of the organic wool dolls and be a fairy wearing a garland crown. Baby has to look at something beautiful while falling asleep or figuring out what this world is all about. Besides looking at mommies beautiful face make sure the nursery decor is earth friendly in tones and beautiful to look at.
