A Healthy Alternative to the Potato Chip

I’m a chip eater, I like the crunch. Too bad most chips are bad for me but recently I’ve discovered a healthy alternative and yes, they seem too good to be true! In fact, I’m hooked and here is why:

I get a zest of flavor and lots of crunch!  Plantain is a type of exotic banana and these yummy chips are made by hand peeling, washing and then their prepared for our enjoyment with only a few ingredients and none of the preservatives and yucky stuff. I love that! When you order in bulk, 36 bags for only $36.25 you’re spending less than $1.50 a bag and we’ll for a healthy snack or addition to your soup or sandwich – that is a bargain. Luckily, I was given several bags to try but I’ll certainly be ordering some of these for school lunches and snacks this year. I’m serious, they are scrumptious!
