The official rule book for the contests, giveaways, sweeps and newsletter rules here at Green and Clean Mom:

* You have to be 18 years old and a legal United States Citizen, unless otherwise stated.

* They are free so you don’t have to buy anything and if you do, good for you but you won’t win anything extra (ha,ha you cannot cheat)!

* Void Where Prohibited by Law

* When you enter I need your real email address and contact information and unless otherwise stated, only ONE entry per mailing address. Not email address. If you have 20 email addresses it doesn’t matter. I reserve the right to to disqualify anyone cheating, tampering with the entry process, using automated entries or doing anything that is just bad and not nice. Karma is wicked.

* If you want to enter you have to use the entry form and/or do what is requested in the contest announcement. Green and Clean Mom isn’t responsible for you not following instructions and will not consider incomplete entries or be held responsible for entries not received. Mistakes happen, computer viruses happen, technical glitches and difficulties arise. It sucks but if this does happen, Green & Clean Mom, LLC is sorry and I will do my best to make it all better and fix the problem.  I make no guarantees! Except sometimes I just can’t make it all better and have to cancel, postpone, modify, or terminate the contest.

* Green and Clean Mom randomly chooses its winners, unless otherwise stated. If you win you will be contacted via email. Winner must provide a legal first and last name, legal address and valid working phone number. In most cases, this information is forwarded on to the prize sponsor for the mailing of your prize; this is when your information is shared with a third party. Entering the contest means you understand this and agree. Green and Clean Mom is not held liable for a third parties privacy rules. If the prize is for cash a social security number must be provided. Winners are responsible for all taxes and or fees or additional costs that many be incurred. Winners have 7 days to respond to all emails and then a new winner is drawn.

* Green and Clean Mom has the right to revoke any winnings based on failure to comply with these rules. All decisions made by Green and Clean Mom are final and binding so no whining or complain. What moms says, goes!

* Green and Clean Mom will close contests on the correct date but is not obligated to post who the winner is.

Newsletter subscribers

This allows you privileged information, tips, news, deals, incentives and further giveaway entries. Once you have subscribed to the newsletter you are entered in all newsletter contests and giveaways. You do not need to resubscribe. Newsletter contests and giveaways are drawn randomly at random.org unless otherwise stated.  The newsletter subscription number that you might have for winning changes continually. When someone new is entered into the system the numbers change. To win subscribers must be U.S. or Canada residents and be over the age of 18. Only one email address per subscriber.The newsletter only comes out once or twice a month, so don’t worry you won’t be overwhelmed with auto responder emails! Hopefully you won’t choose to unsubscribe but you always have that option. Again, your information isn’t sold, I respect your privacy!
