To celebrate earth day, I am selling reusable green bags at my son's school, that have the school name embroidered on them. All money that is made will go to purchase something "green" for the school (principal still needs to choose), such as: cost difference for organic fertilizer, natural cleaning supplies, indoor air testing, items needed to start an organic school garden, etc. HAPPY EARTH DAY! We will be cleaning our yard and making a fenced in area for our 5 chihuahuas. We’ll plant flowers around the perimeter.

I am participating in an earth day (4 day celebration) at Jackson Community College in Jackson, MI. In all likelyhood, I will bring my little boy to many of the events. I am a part of the planning committee for this Spring Fest. We are having Recycled crafting, a freecycle free for all day, and our annual earth day campus clean up (we have staff and students clean main campus and along the road for 1 mile surrounding campus). These are just a few of the activities that we are planning… it will be fun! wasn’t sure it went thru….if I did this twice….erase one please…

We are using candles at night, instead on electricity, using recyclabe bags of course, waking instead of using the car and get this….making meals that don’t need to be cooked….ex. bean salad.
