Fundamentally Dog for Fun Loving Dog Owners

Hi nice to see you again! Are you following me on Twitter? Have you subscribed for email updates to receive the 10 free healthy fruit and veggie recipe eBook? For full transparency view my disclaimer! Stop back soon!

Congrats to Cathy on the winner of the Tee!

Dogs rock. I know I’m a dog so I’m biased but hey, I consider myself a great pal and my faithful owner, Green and Clean Mom, she’s sporting this new shirt from a company called Fundamentally Dog. I noticed she had these dog shirts on and wondered why there wasn’t a picture of me? One shirt says, “Just Shake it Off” and another says, “Size Doesn’t Matter”.  She seems to like the “Just Shake it Off” shirt. The company’s pretty cool too! They care about their pets and all their products are eco-friendly and besides being green and using recycled material for shipping and operating their business in a sustainable manner…they give back. Not all of my doggy friends have good homes like I do and Fundamentally Dog, they donate a portion of the sales to pet-related charities and animal health/welfare organization. Bow-Wow-Wow!

I like these type of companies and even though I’m officially a green guru and green matters to this Rex of a dog, I like the giving back part. If Green and Clean Mom didn’t have a cool shirt already, I’d want to get one for her stocking (if I had a credit card). There’s still time to order before the holidays and if you have a dog lover in the family, Fundamentally Dog is a great place to shop.

I have 2 dogs in my life, but help many more. I dogsit whenever needed for my neighbors and I help out in an animal shelter when I can. My oldest dog is 10. His name is Payton. He's a great family dog and loves everyone. He's always there for us when we need him and we try to give him all he needs as he gets older. Our younger dog is 3 and is named Jade. She has green eyes, hence the name. She's a gorgeous reddish/brownish color (kind of like peanut butter), with a reddish nose, long legs, and long eyelashes. Both of our dogs are from the same animal shelter. I wouldn't trade them for the world. They love us and we love them more than anything!

I too love my Shake it Off shirt from FunDog...and my 5-year old cocker spaniel, Kramer, does too! It is so soft and comfy.

Cooper is a 3 year old Golden Retriever. I love that he's always ready to play, wrestle with me or chase balls out on the field. I love that he's unbelievably sweet and patient with our little ones while they hug him, jump on him, pull on his ears and poke him in his eyes, but terrifyingly ferocious if he thinks we're in danger. I love that he likes to snuggle and warm up the bed for us. I love that he's not hyperactive and no longer short circuits every once in a while. Mostly, I love him because he's a total sweetheart.
  • I have a black lab/border collie mix and her name is Jenna. I love her because of her unconditional love and loyalty to me. I am the only female in the house with a hubby and two sons. Jenna is my "daughter." She is gentle, friendly, and loving and doesn't have a mean bone in her little doggy body!!

We just got a rescue dog, part yellow lab, part golden retriever...100% WONDERFUL! Our whole family has fallen head over heels for "Lola." She has the best temperment ever! She's teaching us all to "Shake It Off!" :)

The Pudgy Princess is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. She's a rescue - the woman who had her before us, was very nasty. She dropped her off at the vet to be put down - she was just fine! One of the vet techs snagged her away and here she is with us. Yesterday was her 2 year "gotcha" day anniversary with us.

Anyways, she goes with us everywhere - we call her our first born, lol She's so easy going! But addicted to cookies! The neighbors call her my shadow because they pretty much never see me without her. lol
  • My permanent dog is Marie, the 8 yr old Miniature Pincsher. We also foster dogs for a local euthanasia-list rescue organization, and those change from month to month. I love my dog because she is a sweet and loyal little dog. She's always happy to keep my lap warm and make sure that my face is clean and free of wayward sauces or other food. She is obedient (when she wants to be). And I love my foster dogs because helping them to blossom and become healthy and ready for their new forever homes makes me feel so dang good. They often lack in training, and having to work with them makes me appreciate my own dog that much more because she is a well behaved, house broken, and trained dog in comparison.
