Today is the official launch of Green & Clean Mom, self-hosted and on Word press. For those who have been following me, you know it has been a long time coming and a lot of work. Phew, it’s over. No wait, it has just begun. Moving from Blogger to Word press equals, a sharp learning curve. I’m getting it…um…I think. Thank goodness I have this patient, sweet designer named, Claire from Sharpwit Designs who is working with me every step of the way. Don’t you dare turn off that IM or change your number Claire! LOL! I’ll post later on all of learned about through my move and some tricks I’ve learned but seeing that I’m still learning, I’ll wait to complete the post.

There are lots of changes with this new site, starting with a newsletter. I don’t send the newsletters out every day, so no worries. Why become a part of the newsletter subscription? You’re automatically enrolled to win the newsletter prize, you get exclusive deals, information and news that I don’t post about and I answer questions and address issues through my newsletter. Hopefully, you’ll think this is a really sweet deal! Of course you can unsubscribe but I’m not sure why you want to?  To subscribe to the newsletter see that nifty box on the right where you enter your email.

The next big change you might have noticed would be the forum, store and BPA free project. The Forum is up and running and hopefully you take the time to visit and join this great group of moms. It’s an online community where moms can be themselves, be any shade of green and have the opportunity to create groups, chat, and learn about new products and ideas for going green. This is one of my favorite changes and will be continually upgrading and growing. I have even written a grant to help fund the social community because I feel so strongly that us moms need to support each other. As for the BPA free project, I am still working out a few things but expect this to be up and running, any day. The project will go to help daycares and childcare centers that need to replace those nasty plastic cups, bottles, teethers, and other bad BPA products. The store will continually be upgrading and offering you natural, non-toxic alternatives and fun eco savvy solutions and products. Purchasing from the store will help fund the BPA free project.

Okay, I could write a novel but I’ll spare you and let you just purse through the site and enjoy. Please leave me a comment if there is a bug or something doesn’t work correctly.
