It’s a Dirty Job But Someone’s Gotta Do It

I love both of my jobs, a mom and youth worker but it can get dirty at times. My daughter loves to make a mess for me to clean up; whether that’s in her pants or destroying the house. The youth I work with are great but at times I have to make home visits and not all of those environments are sanitary. Both my daughter and the youth are petri dishes waiting to spread their germs, colds, flu and more.

At home I am constantly trying to keep the house tidy and sanitary while being as green as possible. My husband and I are continually washing our hands and our daughters because she is into everything. CleanWell sent me three samples of their foam soap to try and it came just in time; we were out of hand soap. I received the lavender, ginger, and spearmint lime soap; I dispersed them through the bathrooms and kitchen. My husband and I both love the soaps; they smell good and our safe. My husband is big into smells so convincing him to go green has been tasking; he loves products that have smells to them (weird, I know). The CleanWell soaps all smelled great and more importantly CleanWell reports that they are safe for sensitive skin (daughter has allergies), safe for kids, no ingestion risk, no toxic chemicals, biodegradable ingredients, and it kills 99.9% of germs. Another great thing about this product is it can be found in 28 different stores or online so it’s easy to find.

My second job is working with the youth, as I explained earlier. In our office we have two large bottles of gel hand sanitizer that is used daily. The hand sanitizer is neon blue and smells of alcohol. CleanWell was kind enough to send me a 1oz and 6oz bottle of orange vanilla hand sanitizer spray. I have one sitting on my desk and one in my car for home visits. Tuesday evening I was out with a colleague doing home visits. When my colleague and I returned to my car I sprayed the orange vanilla sanitizer on my hands and hers. My colleague immediately asked me where I got the sanitizer, she loved it. She said that she loved the smell and the fact that there was no alcohol in it. The next day when I returned to work another colleague commented on the sanitizer and wanted to use it as well. Not only is the sanitizer alcohol free and smells great CleanWell attests to the fact that it has 4 times more uses per ounce then the alcohol gel sanitizers. It’s eco-friendly and cost effective.
