By far the best investment we made. We feel foolish now that we even bought a crib because he loves the Kanoe so much. Don't bother renting it BUY IT!!! I just went ot their website and they have an option to "rent" one for $40 a month to see if my baby likes it! What a great idea!! I wish ALL baby products could do that! My son LOVES it! He's 10 months old, a little old to be starting, but this is awesome. He slept in his traditional "swing" until be outgrew it. This bridges the gap- it gives him the same motion of the swing but he can stay in it for much longer. Installing it did require a trip into the attic, but only because finding a stud/ceiling joist in this house is really difficult and we wanted to be sure it was secure. Overall a GREAT product!
