Ken Cook from the Environmental Working Group on Toxic Chemicals

For the Green Mom’s Carnival (visit this months carnival on global warming) last month, I wrote a letter to President Obama about the Kid-Safe Chemical Act. This month the Environmental Working Group has posted this kick-ass video with Ken Cook, the President of the EWG. I felt so much frustration, anger, sadness, confusion and determination after watching this video. I feel like main stream journalism doesn’t talk about this like they should. I don’t read about this in the paper or see it on the news but the facts presented in this video, they should be in everyone’s face. Toxic chemicals in cord blood, chemicals on food, increased rates of infertility and autism, serious and real. Watch for yourself and if your a skeptic, you have to watch.
