It feel very weird to be answered here , but I thank you very much!

The thing is, with the shrinking, that your FAQ do not talk of shrinking in hot water and the label on the pad say "Wash in hot water". Also, I think that's odd that you don't talk about shrinking while the consumer purchased pads according to its length.

Thank you!

Hi Cocinelle,
I just wanted to respond to the issues you are having with Lunapads. I am sorry if you never got a reply from us. We try to respond to all customer emails in as timely a way as we can especially those that are experiencing problems or dissatisfaction with our products. I can't think of any reason why your email would not have been answered other than the possibility that it went into our spam folder and was never seen.
Lunapads do shrink in a hot water wash and in the dryer as they are made from 100% cotton. This factor was taken into consideration when we designed the products so the shrinking is made up for by the original cut of the fabric. If you are having problems with your Lunapads or have any other questions please feel free to email us at info@lunapads.com or call toll free 1-888-590-2299
Thanks!

I've tried Lunapads but I think they are very expensive and I don't know why but I've sent them 2 emails and they have never answer me.

Also, they shrink a lot! I bought a 10 inches one and it shrank for more than one inch! And I didn't even put them in the dryer!

For the plus side they are very soft and comfy.
