My New Favorite Smoothie Recipe

To die for healthy smoothie recipe! #health #green #smoothieI shared with you how my skin is looking SO much better now that I’ve committed to adding a daily smoothie to my morning full of vegetables, fruit, and protein and flax seed. I’ve posted several smoothie recipes and ideas in the past, including how to get started with smoothies and why they can be so good for you. Lately I’ve loved my R.W. Knudsen Family juice, the Natures peak which is 50% fruit juice and 50% fruit juice for my smoothies.  I promised I’d share with you my new favorite smoothie recipe so here it is:

1 cup of the R.W. Knudsen Family Natures Peak Orchard Veggie Blend

½ cup organic Stonyfield Farms Plain Greek Yogurt

2 Tablespoons of Shaklee 180™ Vanilla

1 cup of ice

½ teaspoon of flax seed

1 teaspoon of organic coconut oil

I blend well with my favorite blender and enjoy! I love the R.W. Knudsen Family Natures Peak Orchard Veggie Blend because sometimes I don’t have all the fresh veggies in my house or I want to save them for a dinner salad. The juice is just easy to use and I love how it tastes in my smoothie! Plus it has no artificial ingredients or flavor!
