		<description>Sommer, I love what you did with the twitter feeds, and just your passion shining through. When you see something, you jump on it...and I admire that about you.  

You also raised an excellent point about how companies are very selective in how they view Moms..are we &quot;Power Moms&quot; or are we &quot;Hysterical Moms?&quot; Come to think of it, that&#039;s the old sexist stereotypes of women at work once again...   some things never change.
