We use paper sign up sheets, physical newsletters for communication and printed invitations for RSVP's. We can save quite a few trees by putting it virtual and not to mention, it's a lot easier to manage it all in one central web place than in scraps of paper. Great find. Hey, Qlubb looks very cool.
