		<description>Yep. Yours works. I add chopped fresh cilantro (since I can NEVER use a whole bunch at once, I chop and freeze it in small baggies. Not perfect but workable), healthy pinch of oregano and healthy squeeze of lime juice. At the end I may, or may not, add some milk (I like evap skim so it is low fat and thicker than skim). Top with crushed stale tortilla chips, shredded cheese, sour cream.</description>
