Win $50 from Ecobrain!

E-MEALZ EASY AND DELICIOUS DINNER RECIPES

 Contest Closed!

When it comes to reading, I have piles of books. Books in boxes, books on shelves, books in baskets around the house, in the bathroom and my nightstand is piled high. I read several things at once, including my online reading.  I happen to be a fast reader so I feel comfortable with this but when I think of the number of trees sacrificed for my stacks of enjoyments, knowledge and pleasure, I feel guilty. I love hardcover books though and completely understand that there’s just nothing like the feel, smell or touch of a book. A book lover, I guess you can call me.

Recently I’ve written about EcoBrain, where you can buy books online. You download the books to your laptop or desktop and read from there. I’m reading several right now (surprise) and it’s convenient and makes me feel good knowing I’m saving some trees and avoiding adding one more book to my stack.  I get to download the book up to five times and the cost is very inexpensive with continual deals. I think it’s a great concept and with my degree online from the University of Phoenix, I’m accustomed to doing this anyhow.

EcoBrain would like to give one lucky G&CM reader an opportunity to win a $50 gift certificate. That’s some great reading potential and how very green for the launch of this super sexy and sassy site?  Plus, it’s easy to enter. Leave me a comment telling me a few good books you might like to read from EcoBrain.  For an extra entry leave me a second comment telling me you did any of the following…stumble, dig, email some friends, post about the giveaway or grab a badge for you blog (see left hand side of site).

This contest begins July 6, 2008 and will end July 12, 2008 at 12pm EST. For information see the official rules of Green & Clean Mom.   Contest Closed!

The winner was drawn from Random.org and the lucky person made the first comment! Wow!  There sure is a lot of great books and many of you wanted to read the same thing! Don’t wait, download a book and save a tree today!

Yep, I don’t know the titles of any of them LOL. I only buy hard copies of books if I think they will be a book I want to hold on to for a lifetime so this would be a perfect way to read books like these.
