Happy 4th of July! It’s hard to believe the holiday weekend is here. It’s been a cool summer thus far in northern Michigan. I don’t feel like it’s even summer yet, more like spring because of the cool temperatures.
The tail end of June and the beginning of July has been a whirlwind. With the kids out of school and my new job as the marketing manager for Fresh Baby – I’ve been busy! Not just with the kids and my new job (which I love) but in my spare time, moonlighting, I’ve been a busy bee blogging.
Here’s a sprinkle of what I’ve been up to. I hope it provides some good reading material over the holiday weekend for you. If anything else, Monday morning when you’re back to the daily grind.
- I was a guest blogger as a Yo-Getter for Stonyfield Farms. I wrote an article with tips on how to pack a healthy camp lunch. My children attend day camp and we’re all tired of the brown bag lunches from the school year. So I try to mix it up.
- If you’re looking to upgrade your kitchen countertops, I’ve got some great eco-friendly options for you. I wrote an article for Mother Earth News on 4 Eco-Friendly Countertop Options for Every Budget.
- It might not feel like summer but I’m thinking back to school shopping already, which means eBay. Check out my two eBay guides on how to sell on eBay without losing money on shipping and how to sell children’s clothing on eBay. Lots of great tips for eBay sellers and newbies.
- For 2015-2016 I’m thrilled to announce, I’ve been accepted as National Geographic Kid’s Ambassador. Exciting news and I’m so happy to be working with them for a second year! Read my posts from this year by clicking here, there’s some good ones
Why not? Great tips for free!
