Weight loss is a journey. My journey has taken me down winding roads, up steep hills, down the hills like a roller coaster and through detours, pit stops and endless exits ramps. For the last six months I’ve worked hard to help others on their journey, to cheer them on and support them. To let them know that I’ve been in their shoes and I can relate.
Sometimes, you just need someone who understands.
I am sad to say that the Shaklee 180™ blogger program has come to an end, the road trip has ended and it was a wild and fun one! I am so happy for the winners that were decided by a third-party advisory panel but all the bloggers that embarked on this six month journey are winners my book. They all tried and made changes, I have to applaud this. I am like a big sister, proud of each and every blogger that was part of the program, even those that did not finish. Trying is what matters! I feel so fortunate to have facilitated the blogger program and to have gotten to know such wonderful women that really have inspired me! Thank you ladies!
Yesterday, I talked weight loss, motherhood and health with JenniseMakeup (a YouTube beauty guru) who has lost 20 pounds using Shaklee 180™* and her and I discussed our inspirations, our struggles and how after having children our bodies changed. We’re not doctors or experts but we’ve both been there and so it was great to have a candid chat about weight loss and the trials and tribulations we’ve both gone through. You can watch it here (it is long but well worth it):
Tell me, what struggles have you had in your life with weight and health? If you want to learn more about Shaklee 180™ click here and you can read my own personal story and success with the products here (note the products were previously called Cinch but the same products)!
*People following the weight-loss portion of the Shaklee 180™ Program can expect to lose 1-2 pounds per week. Jennise received free product. Her opinions are her own as are mine. I am a Shaklee Independent Distributor.
Why not? Great tips for free!
