I am recovering from BlogHer 09′ in Chicago and trying to absorb and remember everything that I learned, all the people I met and how I am going to review all of the products that I can’t wait to tell you about. Oh wait, that is why I took my “green team” with me to help me bring you varied opinions on the products that I chose to feature. I’m lucky to have both my aunt and sister willing to write and contribute to Green and Clean Mom – they’re a huge help. It was fun to have them with me in Chicago and realize more about what I do.
I have tons of pictures of videos, crazy moments and details but quickly I wanted to share with you just a few pictures and details because I can’t resist. It was a fabulous time but there’s so much I want to share with everyone on swag, speaking, the great food, a swanky ride in a Ford Flex cab and more.
My “green team”, Melissa Bathish and Haley Rummer.
Lyne from ecostore USA who I also consider a friend as well as a sponsor and client.
Beth from Fake Plastic Fish and Jennifer Taggart of The Smart Mama at dinner, complements of ecostore USA. It was a great dinner and loads of fun! The waiter asked if he could come to the bathroom with me but more on that later.
Lori from A Cowboy’s Wife was just as I imagined her – genuine and sweet. It was great to finally meet her in person after all of these years.
Amy from Crunchy Domestic Goddess both were surprised at how tall each other were. I heard that over and over this weekend, “You are so much taller than I imagined.” Yes, 5 foot 11 inches is a curse but what’s a gal to do?
Thanks to my sponsors for supporting me and making BlogHer 09 a reality!
