To help child care providers (in-home or center based), I have created a list of resources that are valuable for creating a nutrition plan. Resources that offer tips, free downloads, examples. recipes and more.  I have spent years working in child care settings both in-home and center based and hold a Master’s degree in Early Childhood education. I also have two children that have been in different child care settings and I draw from those experiences and examples as well.
