Does anyone remember the series Planet Earth on the discovery channel? If you didn’t get enough information from that series the discovery channel has come out with more. The discovery channel is airing a follow up series called LIFE.
LIFE takes a close and intimate look at fascinating animals and plants. The series took over four years to produce and has exquisite and captivating footage. The footage is captivating as well as the content; it is an educational program for the family to watch together. For any of those animal lovers, science lovers, and nature lovers this is the show for you. I would recommend screening the program before hand just in case there is anything that might be disturbing to the younger crowd of observers.
You can check out what episodes are playing and when on their website. The website not only features the date, time, and content of the episode but also includes interactive videos, games, and an endangered species map. You can also become a fan of the program and interact with other LIFE lovers by following on Twitter and Facebook . My nephew loves lizards and creepy crawly creatures so I’m sure he will be glued to the TV screen. Hope you and your family find this a captivating and exciting family program to watch.
