Assorted fruit smoothiesThirsty Thursday is here again and while I’ve been in Nashville for the Shaklee convention I’ve been missing my daily smoothie. Which is why I wanted to share with you a few basic recipes, if I talk about making the smoothie maybe I won’t miss it so much!

Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup strawberries (frozen overnight)
  • 1 cup fat free milk or almond milk
  • 2 scoops of Shaklee 180™

Blend and enjoy!

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk  (or ½ cup Greek yogurt & 1/3 cup milk)
  • 1-2 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 2 scoops of Shaklee 180™

Blend and enjoy!

I like to mix up my smoothies and add vegetables like kale or spinach. I often times will add flax seed or coconut oil. I like to have fun and experiment with different flavors to see what I like best.
