Dun Dun Dun Dun ♪ Here comes the bride all dressed in white… (organic, hemp, silk blend, vegetable dyed)♫ That’s going to be the new age wedding march lyrics. In today’s world we all have to be a little more economically savvy and earth friendly. I was made aware of this new on-line magazine aka e-zine and blog www.eco-beautifulweddings.com which makes it possible to have both an affordable and eco friendly wedding. The magazine has a plethora of information for the new age bride. The magazine comes out quarterly and a percentage of the annual profits are donated to the National Wildlife Federation.
If you want to be kept posted on a daily basis you can check out their blog. The magazine has information ranging from wedding dresses, décor, gifts, invitations and more. I also found information and tips on how to recycle your old bridesmaid dress (they made it into a beautiful pillow). The e-zine is powered by the nations leading eco-friendly wedding expert, the nations leading wedding publicists, and a premier eco-friendly image and personal stylist. Not only did I think the content of the magazine was informative but I liked the way the magazine was set up. When you read the magazine you can actually flip the pages; it felt more personal then just reading an article on-line. Congratulations to all you savvy and eco-friendly brides.
P.S. I can’t say I had an eco-friendly wedding but the picture is of me and my sisters at my wedding (from left to right: McKenzie, Sommer and Haley).
