Heinz Ketchup is going Green (not literally) that would be kind of weird squirting green ketchup on your burger and fries. But Heinz is trying to green their production process and wants to share the good news and celebrate with it’s consumers. To celebrate the first availability of Heinz® Ketchup bottles using PlantBottle™ technology, Heinz has launched the “Guess What We Just Planted?” trivia game and sweepstakes on its restaurant bottles, asking consumers to test their green knowledge for a chance to win Eco-friendly prizes, including a hybrid car and Eco-vacation to Costa Rica. The PlantBottle is made from up to 30% renewable sugar cane material, the PlantBottle plastic looks, feels and functions just like traditional PET plastic, and is 100% recyclable. For more information on the bottle visit the Coca Cola Company website.
So how do you play and get a chance to win?
To participate, simply answer a fun, Eco-themed “Guess What?” trivia question. Whether you answer right or wrong, you’re eligible to enter. Entries can be made once a day until September 30, 2011 for a chance to win one of 57 great prizes including an all-new hybrid or electric sedan and an Eco-friendly family getaway to Costa Rica.
There are a few different ways to play the “Guess What We Just Planted?” game:
Use a smart phone to scan the QR code on the back of the Heinz Ketchup bottle, which will bring up a website to enter the sweepstakes.
Text the word “PLANT” to the number found on the back of the Heinz® Ketchup bottle (57000) and a return message will have website information on how to enter. Visit www.HeinzKetchup.com/plant-bottle to play the game and enter.
What better way to celebrate Heinz’s contribution to making a change? Every green action makes a difference. Good Luck!!!
Why not? Great tips for free!
