Some of you might already know from my earlier posting that I inherited 2 Labradors when I got married. Having step-dogs entails feeding, grooming, and loving on them. The dogs favorite time of the day is feeding time, of course. Well, Holistic Select sent Green and Clean Mom a sample of Holistic Select dog food to review.
I’ve heard that it’s not good to change your dogs food all at once so I slowly integrated the food into one of our dogs regular diet. Our black labs name is Denali and she is twelve years old. Like most dogs she loves food and inhales it instead of chewing it. Denali has been eating the food for the last week and hasn’t complained. By complaining I mean unruly gas, diarrhea, or dry mouth that can be a side effect of changing their food.
Denali is twelve so it’s important that she gets the right nutrients and is well taken care of in her last stages of life. I love the fact that the ingredients help support healthy skin, digestive system, cell support, and more; with a holistic and natural approach. Some of the amazing and natural ingredients include, Chicken Meal, Ground Brown Rice, Ground White Rice, Oatmeal, Chicken Fat (Preserved with Natural Mixed Tocopherols), Pork Meal, Dried Beet Pulp, Anchovy & Sardine Meal, Flaxseed, Dried Egg Product, Menhaden Fish Oil, Tomato Pomace, Carrots, Peas, Sun-Cured Alfalfa, Blueberries, Apples, Cranberries, Dried Kelp, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Riboflavin Supplement, Vitamin B12 Supplement, d-Calcium, folic Acid…. The list goes on and on of the healthy essential ingredients that dogs need.
Holistic Select offers a plethora of different dog and cat foods that will match the needs of your pet. Holistic Select also guarantees that your dog or cat will love their Holistic Select recipe selection or your money back. If for any reason you or your pet are not satisfied with their products, just bring the unused portion, packaging and receipt back to the place of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Let your dog enjoy their vittles and feel good about feeding time.
Why not? Great tips for free!
