Are you a wanderlust, an outdoor adventurous, and between the ages of 18-25? If you are the Sierra Club has an intern job for you. The Sierra Club is looking for someone who wants to spend the summer traveling around the country to Sierra Club’s outdoor youth programs, while producing a video-blog about their experience.

The experience will include backpacking, rafting, hiking, and more; don’t worry know prior outdoorsy experience is required. To top it off the intern will receive $2,500 stipend and be outfitted with $2,000 worth of gear from North Face and Planet Explore. The tentative dates of the internship are mid June – mid August, 2010. The dates are flexible depending on the individual’s school schedule.

Here is what you need to do:

1.  Fill out their application form.

2.  Upload a 90 second or less video talking about why you love the outdoors and why you should be the Sierra Club’s intern.

The deadline for the submission is March 31, 2010, so get those cameras out and submit your video and application ASAP. I am sooooo jealous. I love the outdoors, backpacking, the smell of nature, and all that goes with it. If only I was younger. Take advantage of the opportunity to travel and experience the beauty of nature for FREE.
