If you have sensitive teeth you can still enjoy ice cream with Tom's of Maine Rapid Relief

According to the WebMD, 1 in 8 adults have sensitive teeth. If you’re one of these adults, you understand how it feels when you bite into something cold and there’s a twinge of pain. I fall into this category and it’s probably because years ago I went a little too far with over the counter tooth whitening, when it first came out. Unfortunately, I also had several cavities as a child, making my teeth even more sensitive. This means I avoid some foods or I am very careful when eating ice cream popsicles or sweet cakes. All of which I shouldn’t eat anyhow because I’m trying to lose weight, so I guess having sensitive teeth is a plus, except when I do indulge and feel the uncomfortable pain. Plus it is summertime and that means we’re always stopping for ice cream and shouldn’t I get to enjoy the tastes of summer? I think so!

To help with the sensitivity, I was recently introduced to Tom’s of Maine Rapid Relief toothpaste. I’m a fan of Tom’s of Maine products in general and have used their strawberry toothpaste (the kids love it) and the natural deodorant, among their body wash and soap. I’ve been a fan of the products for years because Tom’s of Maine products don’t’ have artificial colors, flavors, fragrances, preservatives or animal ingredients. I’ve always felt they’re a company I could trust and recommend to my friends, family and online community.

Tom’s of Maine Rapid Relief Toothpaste

Anyhow, when I learned of their new product that can help with sensitive teeth, I was on board with giving it a try and was very excited when Meijer partnered with Tom’s of Maine to share this great product. The rapid relief toothpaste uses a clinically proven formula that combines that natural power of arginine with calcium carbonate to help seal pathways to the exposed nerve. No chemicals or questionable ingredients, all natural relief for those sensitive teeth, get all the details on the ingredients here. It’s suggested that you use it regularly and for 60 seconds for the best protection. This helps to desensitize the teeth so if you do eat something cold or sweet, you are less likely to have that twinge of pain.

If you’re like me and you have sensitive teeth but you also like to use products without artificial ingredients, flavors from trusted brands, I highly recommend Tom’s of Maine Rapid Relief toothpaste. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and have noticed that my teeth aren’t “as” sensitive. I’m still cautious when biting into something cold but it does seem to help. Which means, I’m enjoying the taste of summer and treating myself to cold treats! It should also be noted that I like the flavor of the toothpaste. I hate when toothpaste tastes bad but this toothpaste has a nice mint flavor, not too overpowering.
