tsssporter_pinkSomething I really enjoyed when attending the ABC Show in Vegas was meeting the brains behind the products. Meeting Bret Plate of Kid Basix was one such example and having the chance to talk with him in person, see and hear his passion and just have the sense for this person in real life was such a positive thing. My first go around with the Safe Sippy™ wasn’t that great but luckily there was a default and a new shipment was sent my way and my children readily enjoyed this leak free stainless steel sippy. We’ve upgraded to the Safe Sporter™  (yes, the Bret gave me two of them to try) and now that I properly know how to remove the TPR sleeve (roll off, roll off – picture of me learning this technique below)  I can say this is a family favorite. The pro to this stainless water bottle is that there’s a mud cap to protect the spout and the mouth is wide so I can get the scrubber in to clean the bottle.

The Safe Sporter™ is definitely for older children who have graduated from the sippy cup and won’t be tipping the cup.kid basix My daughter still does this sometimes and the pull spout does drip a little – so we use this with caution with her. I love talking the Safe Sporter™ to the park and what’s great the children each have their own color so there’s no fighting over whose Safe Sporter™ is whose! I highly suggest buying your Safe Sporter™ through The Soft Landing for a reasonable $15.00 and you’ll be supporting a family company who aims to provide safe, non-toxic feed gear that you can trust.
