Let’s be honest weight loss is not easy. With greasy food around each bend and sugary treats everywhere, it is not easy to say no. It is not easy to fit exercise into a busy schedule because after all there’s only 24 hours in a day.

I reported last week that I was giving myself 12 weeks to fit back into my skinny jeans. I am happy to report that following:

3.1 pounds lost

½ inch lost on the arms

2 inches on the waist

½ inch on the hips

The bust remains the same.

Not too bad. I’ve skipped a few of my Cinch shakes and bars this week for family dinners or lunches out (shame on me) and I really should have eaten more fruit and walked more.

In all, I’m closer to getting into the skinny jeans!
