I actually buttoned a size pair of 8 jeans yesterday. Yes, it’s true and I’m in disbelief. I’ve worked hard for it and I’m still working hard at toning, shaping and losing those extra few pounds and inches. The biggest goal is for me to be healthy and I’m feeling healthier – I can walk up this one hill I walk without losing my breath – it feels so good!
I’m a loss for workout gear and with colder weather on the horizon it would be nice to buy a treadmill or some new fitness videos. I hear the kettle ball workout is amazing! I have my sights on a few things but they’ll require money and to afford new things I need to work more and start selling on eBay. After all I have a lot of size 13/14 and 15/16 dresses, pants and clothing just hanging in my closet ready for me to kiss good-bye.
