Every good parent wants the best for their kids; they want their kids to be safe, smart, and healthy. When I was given the opportunity to try out SmartyPants, a vitamin, that focuses on using organic products and brain development I was happy to do so.

SmartyPants believes a healthy child’s brain is key to their overall development. Because of their belief in brain development and the overall health of children SmartyPants decided to offer the only all-in-on multivitamin gummy with the 100% recommended daily value of vitamin D, which also includes DHA. SmartPants attest that their product has no artificial dyes or flavors. SmartyPants states that they use natural colors and flavors; such as organic cane sugar (artificial dyes have been linked to behavior issues, ADHD, allergies and more). My daughter suffers from several allergies, as do many other children. SmartyPants is conscious of this issue so they made their products free of yeast, wheat, milk, eggs, soy, gluten, salt, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or salicylates. WOW!

Another great and distinguishable quality of SmartyPants is that they source their Omega 3, DHA, and EPA from sustainable small fish sources that are eco-friendly and do not have the same sort of heavy metal mercury or PCB issues that larger fish sources often do. Now I would say that sets them apart from the rest.

The vitamin drops, as I call them, are YUMMY! They look like little gum drops but pack an awesome taste. My daughters new routine is to eat her vitamins while trying to go potty in the morning. She is potty training and the vitamin’s give me the reassurance that my daughter is getting her daily intake of nutrients and is a motivator to get her on the toilet (that’s a special vitamin). Not only does my daughter love them but I love them too. I take them every morning with her. I have problems swallowing medication so in the past I have taken children’s chewable but these are much tastier and healthier. Like I tell my daughter, yummy yummy in my tummy.
