Losing weight is hard work. In fact, I’ve been so stressed this week and overwhelmed with the to-do list that I’ve been eating and not exercising and I feel flabby. I’ve had this great transformation reveal and I’m proud of myself but overwhelmed and I need to refocus, cut myself some slack and get back on the horse to continue my transformation. This girl is far from done!
