Easy Mouth-Watering Pineapple Pancakes

I don’t know about you but I’m always looking for healthy breakfast recipes and ideas. Last week I made homemade freezer French toast sticks, a big hit with my kids. I try to mix it up and not serve the same breakfast every morning. Which is why I’m excited to share a new recipe, using Fruttata Crisps, which are yummy, healthy and easy to add to your pancake mix. Easy Mouthwatering Pineapple Pancakes

Ingredients*:

*Green and Clean Mom suggests using organic, whole wheat and/or free range ingredients whenever possible.

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl
  2. Whisk in melted butter, eggs and milk until combined. Let batter rest 5 minutes
  3. Preheat large skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray and pour ¼ cup of batter onto skillet (per pancake)
  4. Cook 2-3 minutes, flip and add contents of Fruttata freeze dried fruit bag, chopped into smaller desired pieces
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes
